We trust that your order will be delivered in good condition.

If it doesn’t, we offer a full refund guarantee on all goods or exchange of goods. All goods must be returned with their original packaging within 28 days of the date of despatch. It is your responsibility to keep the item in good condition and ensure thee are returned to us in a safe way and in a saleable undamaged condition.

Please notify us within 2 working days if there is any problem or your order is damaged. Also please forward photos of the damaged goods here.

All return shipping costs are payable by the purchaser, using a tracking method.

Please ensure you use the correct postage when returning goods. Insufficient postage will sometimes result in the package getting lost in the post. In this instance, we will be unable to credit you or exchange your goods.

We can only offer refunds on the same card used for the purchase.
